This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Turó de l'Espluga. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 8.748 kilometers and an elevation gain of 378 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge both your endurance and strength.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Font de l'Olla spring at 0.85 kilometers from the beginning, where you can refill your water bottles and take a moment to rest before continuing on. Further along the trail at 0.9 kilometers, you will find the Cap de la Riera waterfall, a majestic natural wonder worth a visit.

During the hike, you will encounter various points of interest such as the Balma dels Graons de Mura cave entrance at 1.73 kilometers and the Aparcament de l'Alzina del Sal·lari parking area at 1.48 kilometers. The trail also passes by the Turó de Tres Creus o de la Pola viewpoint at 2.43 kilometers, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

As you reach the midpoint of the hike, you will come across the Coll saddle at 3.66 kilometers, a perfect spot to take a breather and enjoy the scenery before continuing on your adventure. Along the way back, you will pass by the Balma de la Pola picnic site and cave entrance at 2.51 kilometers, providing a great opportunity for a picnic lunch and exploration of the caves.
