This hiking route takes you on an adventure through the stunning Bärfallspitze region. With a distance of 15.674 kilometers and an elevation gain of 994 meters, this hike is classified as extremely difficult, so be prepared for a challenging but rewarding trek.

Starting off at the parking area, you will make your way towards the Rossfeldsattel viewpoint, where you can take in breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. As you continue on the trail, you will come across various points of interest such as the Speicherteich (water reservoir) and the Schirmbar (pub) at around 4.63 kilometers into the hike.

Around the 6.48-kilometer mark, you will reach the Rossfeldsattel saddle, a great spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery. Further along the trail, at 7.37 kilometers, you will encounter the Bärfallspitze peak, offering panoramic views of the area.

Along the way, there are options for sustenance at the Berggasthof Scharfetter restaurant and the Krummholzhütte alpine hut. Make sure to stay hydrated and pack enough water for the journey, as well as checking the weather forecast before setting out.

As you approach the end of the hike, you will pass by the Hauser Kaibling viewpoint at 5.59 kilometers. Finally, the trail loops back to the starting point, where you can reflect on the challenging but fulfilling trek you have completed.
