This hiking route takes you through the General Baquedano / Presidente Balmaceda area in Santiago. The route is super easy, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.
As you start your hike, you'll come across Parque de los Reyes, a local park located right at the beginning of the trail. Further along the route, at about 0.12 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Muro de la memoria, a historic memorial worth exploring. Additionally, at the same distance from the start, there are the Ruinas Puente cal y canto, ancient ruins that are located a bit off the main trail.
Continuing on the path, you'll encounter Santa Teresita de los Andes, another historic memorial, located around 0.56 kilometers from the beginning of the hike. Finally, at around 0.77 kilometers from the start, there is a water feature where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
