At 1.76 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter an information point and a drinking water source with wheelchair accessibility and no fee. Nearby, there is a welcome information point about Wasdale. A bit further along, at 1.81 kilometers, you will find the Lake Head Car Park, which does have a fee for parking.
Midway through your hike, at 1.37 kilometers, there is a water source. Lastly, at the end of the trail at 5.27 kilometers, you will reach the magnificent Illgill Head peak.
