This challenging circular hiking route in the Cime di Romecchio area covers a distance of approximately 11.6 kilometers with a total elevation gain of 804 meters, taking an estimated time of 4 hours and 41 minutes to complete.

Starting from the parking area at the trailhead, hikers will pass by the refreshing Sorgente delle Fontanacce spring early on the route. As you trek further, you will encounter Rifugio Barga and Rifugio Giovo alpine huts, providing convenient resting spots along the way. The trail also leads you to Passo Boccaia, Passo Porticciola, and the picturesque Lago Santo Modenese, offering stunning views and ideal photo opportunities.

Midway through the hike, hikers can take a break at Rifugio Vittoria to refuel and enjoy the serene surroundings before continuing towards the peaks. The route will guide you towards prominent peaks such as Cima dell'Omo and Cime di Romecchio, both offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscapes.
