This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Lago di Giferra. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 6.576 kilometers and an elevation gain of 460 meters, making it a moderately difficult hike. It is estimated to take about 2 hours and 40 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Rifugio Capanna dei Pastori wilderness hut, located 1.68 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

Further along the trail, at around 2.58 kilometers from the start, you will find Lago Nero, an alpine hut that offers a picturesque view of the area. It is a perfect spot to rest and refuel before continuing your journey.
