This extremely difficult hiking route in the area of Kuhkaser spans a total distance of 17.814 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1006 meters, taking approximately 6 hours and 38 minutes to complete. Before embarking on this challenging journey, make sure to be well-prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and appropriate hiking gear.

Starting off at the parking area near Waldwirt restaurant, you'll hit the trail which leads you through rugged terrain and stunning natural landscapes. As you make your way along the path, you'll come across various points of interest. Approximately 8.5 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter a picturesque water feature that offers a serene spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

Around the 7.97 kilometer mark, you'll find yourself surrounded by impressive rock formations, adding a touch of geological intrigue to your trek. As you continue onwards, at 8.91 kilometers, you'll reach Kuhkaser peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. Be sure to take a moment to soak in the beauty of the landscape before heading back on your out-and-back route.
