This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Strada Comunale Monteflavio. The trail is 15.517 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 579 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will challenge even experienced hikers. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area conveniently located for those arriving by car. As you make your way through the route, there are multiple water sources available for replenishing your supplies. One such spot is situated 7.52 kilometers from the start.
Around the midway point, you will come across the Ponte del Diavolo, an archaeological site steeped in history. This site is about 5.15 kilometers into the hike, a great spot to take a break and explore the area.
Further along, at a distance of 0.36 kilometers from the start, there is a drinking water point for hikers to refill their bottles. Additionally, informational points such as Pozo Fornillo and Moricone can be found about 0.74 and 0.41 kilometers from the start, respectively.
