The Schleinitz Klettersteig Notabstieg hiking route is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural scenery. This out-and-back trail covers a distance of 9.675 kilometers with an elevation gain of 602 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across "die Alm" restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat before hitting the trail. About 4.68 kilometers into the hike, you will find a natural water source at a close distance to the trail, providing a refreshing spot to rest and refill your water bottle.

Continuing on, you will pass by several more water sources located along the trail, perfect for staying hydrated during your hike. Midway through the route, you will reach the peak of "Goiselemandl", offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.

For a break or a picnic, you can stop by the picnic site near Neualplschneid peak, located about 2.85 kilometers into the hike. Additionally, there is an information point nearby where you can learn more about the area and its history.
