This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Kaliningrad, known for its historic landmarks and scenic views. The route is a super easy out-and-back trail, covering a distance of 0.891 kilometers with no elevation gain.
As you start your hike, you will come across the "Parking" area just 0.01 kilometers from the beginning. Make sure to park your vehicle here before proceeding further. Continuing on, at around 0.1 kilometers from the start, you will see the "Sled Track from a Shell at the Bridge Farm," adding a touch of history to your hike.
Further along the trail, at about 0.45 kilometers in, you will find the "Memorial Grave of S.S. Guryev" and "Memorial Eternal Flame," commemorating fallen soldiers. Additionally, at the same distance, you can explore the "1200 Guards Monument" and "Memorial to S.I. Poletsky."
While on the trail, keep an eye out for the "Railway Gates," located approximately 0.44 kilometers from the start, providing a glimpse into the area's past. As you reach the midway point, you will encounter the "Monument to Border Guards" and the "Alley of Memory Dedicated to Border Guards Who Died in the Defense of GG."
