Welcome to the hiking route to 黃竹山 (Huang Zhu Shan) in the beautiful area surrounding Kwong Yuen Estate in Hong Kong. This moderate difficulty out-and-back trail spans approximately 4.4 kilometers with an elevation gain of 412 meters, taking around 2 hours to complete.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by 廣源邨2號停車場 (Kwong Yuen Estate Car Park No.2) located right at the start of the trail, offering convenient parking for hikers. Further along the trail, you will encounter 花心坑亭 (Fa Sam Hang Pavilion) at a distance of 0.74 kilometers from the start, providing a rest area with scenic views.

Midway through your hike, at approximately 2.15 kilometers from the start, you will reach 石芽山 (Shek Nga Shan), a peak offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscapes. Continuing onwards, you will come across 黃竹山 (Huang Zhu Shan), another peak located 2.21 kilometers from the start, providing a stunning vantage point for a well-deserved break.

Along the trail, you will find various shelters such as 花心石 (Fa Sam Hang Stone) at 0.63 kilometers from the start and an information center at 0.76 kilometers from the start. These facilities offer a chance to learn more about the area's natural and cultural significance.
