This hiking route takes you on a circular journey starting at a parking area near Interlaken. The trail is approximately 8.8 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 752 meters, taking around 3 hours to complete.

As you begin your hike, you will pass by the ruins of Hotel Alpenrose, offering a glimpse into the area's historic past. Further along the trail, you will reach the Hohbühl Pavilion, a shelter where you can rest and take in the surrounding views.

Continuing on, you will come across the Truly Asia restaurant, offering a culinary experience amidst nature. As you hike higher, the Zwei-Seen-Steg viewpoint provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the two lakes below, a perfect spot to take in the beauty of the landscape.

Throughout the hike, you will find benches and picnic sites where you can take a break and enjoy a snack. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear. Check the weather forecast before embarking on the journey and wear appropriate footwear for a comfortable hike.

At the end of your hike, you will find yourself back at the Zwei-Seen-Steg viewpoint, where you can take one last look at the stunning scenery before heading back to the parking area.
