This challenging hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with a total distance of 7.569 kilometers and no elevation gain. The trail starts at the Camping de la Venise Verte - Allée des Catalpas and is an out-and-back type route.
Along the way, you will pass by several points of interest. About 0.4 kilometers from the start, you will come across a water source. Further along the trail at 0.55 kilometers, there is another water source. At the 0.64-kilometer mark, you will find another water source, and at 1.41 kilometers, there is yet another water source.
As you continue your hike, you will encounter a restaurant called Auberge de l'Ecluse at 2.87 kilometers into the trail. This is a great spot to take a break and refuel before continuing your journey. Additionally, you will find another restaurant called Le Chantilly at the beginning of the trail.
For those looking for accommodation options, there are two camp sites along the trail. Camping de la Venise Verte is situated at 3.76 kilometers from the start, and Camping l’Îlot du Chail is located at 0.19 kilometers from the beginning of the route.
