This hiking route will take you through the stunning area of Klammbrücke, offering magnificent views and challenging terrain. The route is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 13.013 kilometers and an elevation gain of 863 meters, making it extremely difficult.

Starting at the parking area near Klammbrücke, you will begin your journey towards the Schwarzsee, a beautiful water feature located 5.68 kilometers from the start of the trail. As you continue on, you will come across the Alpenrose Alpine Hut at 1.6 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and refuel.

Further along the trail, at 2.37 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a historic memorial site before reaching the Berliner Hut at 2.81 kilometers, a popular accommodation option for hikers. Throughout the hike, you will also pass by various water sources such as Eissee, Waxeggalm, and other natural points of interest.

With a duration of approximately 5 hours and 10 minutes, it is essential to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear. Check the weather forecast before heading out, as the terrain can be challenging and weather conditions may change rapidly.

As you make your way back to the starting point, take in the breathtaking views from viewpoints along the trail, such as the one located 3.57 kilometers from the start. Remember to tread carefully and follow trail markers to ensure a safe and enjoyable hiking experience.
