This hiking route follows the Schmutterweg trail in a beautiful area. The trail is super easy, with a distance of approximately 1.079 kilometers and no elevation gain.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Parkplatz Feuerwehrhaus parking lot, conveniently located right at the beginning of the trail. Further along, at around 0.23 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Witaquelle Radweg information point and a bench for a quick rest stop.

Continuing on, at 0.54 kilometers, there is a water source for refilling your bottles. Along the way, you may also spot the Parkplatz Kirche Dietkirch parking area at 0.23 kilometers and a shelter at 0.07 kilometers from the start.

This out-and-back trail offers a leisurely stroll through nature, with various amenities along the way. Remember to bring enough water, especially on warmer days, and check the weather forecast before heading out. Enjoy the tranquility of the Schmutterweg trail and take in the scenic surroundings.
