Welcome to the hiking route to Poggio delle Doccia! This 15.183-kilometer circular trail offers a challenging but rewarding trek through the stunning natural landscapes of the area. With an elevation gain of 401 meters, this route is classified as extremely difficult, so be prepared for a tough workout.

You will start your journey at the parking area for Ginezzo Mountain trail, located right at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will pass by Poggio Le Rocche peak, situated just 0.39 kilometers from the start. Enjoy the panoramic views from this vantage point before continuing on.

Midway through the hike, you will come across Monte Castel Giudeo peak, followed by Passo della Cerventosa saddle at 2.54 kilometers from the start. The trail then leads you to Monte Traforata peak at 4.59 kilometers and finally to the highlight of the route, Poggio delle Doccia peak at 6.89 kilometers. Take a moment to appreciate the surrounding beauty from this summit before heading back.
