This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Güterweg Mittelberg-Wildental. The trail is 5.537 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 549 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Wildentalhütte restaurant, located 1 kilometer from the trailhead. This is a great spot to fuel up before the hike. Along the way, you will pass by the parking area at 0.0 kilometers where you can leave your vehicle.
At 0.75 kilometers into the hike, you will find a natural water source at the Biergarten area. It's a perfect place to rest and rehydrate. Further along the trail, at 1.4 kilometers, there is a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the scenery.
Midway through the hike, at 2.7 kilometers, you will reach the Innere Kuhgehrenalpe biergarten, a great place to grab a drink and relax. Continuing on, at 2.77 kilometers, you will find a bench for another rest stop.
At the end of the trail, at 2.77 kilometers, there is a viewpoint offering stunning views of the surrounding area. Take some time to soak in the beauty before heading back.
