Welcome to this easy hiking route in a beautiful natural area. The trail is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 4.426 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail, providing a convenient spot to leave your vehicle. Around 0.36 kilometers into the hike, you will find the picturesque Fontaine de Sainte-Anasthasie, where you can take a break and admire the surroundings. Further along the trail, at around 1.73 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the lovely Fontaine Saint-Pol, adding to the charm of the hike.

For your convenience, there are water sources located at various points along the trail, such as at 2.14 kilometers and 2.21 kilometers from the start. These can be useful for refilling your water bottles and staying hydrated throughout the hike.
