This hiking route covers a distance of approximately 16.066 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1177 meters, making it an extremely difficult trek that will take around 6 hours and 39 minutes to complete. The route is an out-and-back trail that leads to the majestic peak of Piz dles Döes Forceles.
Starting at the trailhead, hikers will pass by various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Lago de Cunturines, a picturesque lake located 6.23 kilometers from the starting point. As you continue on, you will come across the Capanna Alpina restaurant, perfect for a rest and refuel stop just 0.2 kilometers from the start.
Midway through the hike, at around 3.6 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Ferrata Tru Dolomieu via ferrata and an informational point along with a bench for resting. Further along the trail, at about 8.03 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Piz dles Döes Forceles, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.
It is important to note that there are various facilities along the route, including springs for water resupply, viewpoints for taking in the scenery, picnic sites, and benches for resting. Additionally, there is a cave entrance at a distance of 7.99 kilometers from the start for those interested in exploration.
