This extremely difficult 13.67-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you through the beautiful area around Bei der Wasserplatte. The trail has an elevation gain of 1035 meters and is estimated to take around 5 hours and 45 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will find parking areas nearby for your convenience. Make sure to check the opening hours before you go. The first point of interest on the trail is the peak called Grammersberg, located approximately 4.59 kilometers from the start. Take a moment to enjoy the stunning views from this vantage point before continuing on.

Further along the trail, at around 6.84 kilometers from the start, you will come across a picturesque waterfall. This is a great spot to rest and refuel before heading back on the same route.

As this is an extremely difficult hike with significant elevation gain, it is important to come prepared. Be sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear. Check the weather forecast before you go and let someone know about your plans in case of emergencies.
