This challenging hiking route will lead you to the Tölzer Hütte in a beautiful area with stunning views. The trail extends for approximately 10.6 kilometers with an elevation gain of 912 meters, making it a difficult yet rewarding journey.

As you embark on this out-and-back route, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Parkplatz Tölzer Hütte, a parking area with no fees, conveniently located for hikers starting their adventure. Further along the path, about 2.5 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the Brotzeithütte, a shelter where you can take a break and enjoy a snack.

About midway through the trek, at a distance of 5.3 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Tölzer Hütte, an alpine hut offering accommodation and sustenance. This is a great spot to rest and recharge before continuing your journey. Additionally, at the same location, you will find the memorial of Meister Martin Aschenbrenner, adding a touch of history to your hike.

Throughout the hike, ensure you have an ample water supply and check the weather forecast before setting off. The total duration of the hike is estimated to be around 4 hours and 45 minutes, so plan accordingly.
