This extremely difficult 12.415-kilometer out-and-back hiking route on Alta Via Mariota n 695 offers a challenging experience for seasoned hikers. The trail starts in a picturesque area with parking available nearby. As you begin your journey, you'll pass by a fast-food establishment about 5.56 kilometers into the hike, where you can fuel up before continuing.

Around 3.36 kilometers from the start, you'll find a water source directly on the trail to replenish your supplies. As you push further along the route, additional water sources are available, but they are located off the trail, so plan your refills accordingly.
