As you begin your journey, you will come across the ancient ruins of Antiguas escuelas de Angustina, just 0.06 kilometers from the starting point. These historic ruins offer a glimpse into the past and serve as a reminder of the area's rich cultural heritage.

Continuing along the trail, you will encounter the refreshing Fuente de Angustina spring at a distance of 0.59 kilometers from the start, providing a perfect spot to rest and rehydrate. Further ahead, at 3.42 kilometers from the start, you will find La Cruz de Rubalcaba, a historic wayside cross that adds to the charm of the trail.

At the halfway point of the hike, approximately 9.93 kilometers from the start, you will reach the stunning Pozo inferior de Noja, a natural water feature that serves as a perfect turnaround point for your out-and-back adventure.

Throughout the hike, you may also come across other points of interest such as Iglesia de San Roque, Peña de la Maza peak, and a cave entrance near Coto Redondo. While these may not be directly on the trail, they offer additional opportunities for exploration and discovery.
