Welcome to the hiking route in the beautiful Pölstal area. This out-and-back trail offers a total distance of 2.543 kilometers without any significant elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Kirchenwirt restaurant just 0.02 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, a perfect spot to grab a bite before continuing. Along the way, you will encounter several natural water sources, providing a refreshing opportunity to replenish your water supply. These water features are located at varying distances from the trail, with some closer than others, but all easily accessible.

At around 1.26 kilometers into the hike, you will find several more water points, each offering a serene setting to take a rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Further ahead, at 1.08 kilometers, there is another water source to discover.

As you venture towards the endpoint of the trail, you will pass by the St. Johann am Tauern Ortsmitte shelter, located just 0.01 kilometers away from the trail. This can serve as a comfortable resting spot before you make your way back.
