At the beginning of the trail, you will pass by Lago Sommeiller, a serene lake located just 180 meters away from the path. Midway through the hike, hikers will reach Lago Patarè, another tranquil lake nestled 143 meters off the trail. As you continue onwards, you will reach the peak at 5.08 kilometers from the start, offering a rewarding sense of accomplishment for reaching this high point.
Towards the end of the trail, you will encounter the Passo settentrionale dei Fourneaux, a saddle point situated around 4.96 kilometers from the starting point. This marks a great spot to take in the breathtaking views before heading back.
