This challenging hike to Pointe de Bellecombe covers a distance of 8.011 kilometers with an elevation gain of 547 meters, making it a difficult trek that will take approximately 3 hours and 13 minutes to complete. The route is an out-and-back trail starting at Pointe de Bellecombe.
As you start your hike, you will come across a restaurant right at the beginning of the trail, where you can grab a bite to eat before embarking on your journey. Further along the trail, about 98 meters away, you will find a viewpoint that offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Approximately 1.33 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a natural water source where you can refill your water bottles. It's always important to stay hydrated during your outdoor adventures. Additionally, there is a parking area nearby in case you are arriving by car.
At the midway point of the hike, around 4.01 kilometers from the starting point, you will reach the peak known as Pointe de Bellecombe. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the breathtaking views from the summit.
