Starting your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning of the hike, you will find a parking area conveniently located right at the starting point. As you continue, at the 6.75 kilometer mark, you will encounter three stunning waterfalls - La Escondida, an unnamed waterfall, and another unnamed waterfall. These natural beauties provide a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

Around the halfway point, at 10.73 kilometers into the hike, you will find a water source ideal for refilling your supplies. It's essential to stay hydrated throughout the journey, so make sure to bring an adequate amount of water with you.

Additionally, at 9.24 kilometers and 0.01 kilometers from the start, there are two restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat or refuel with some snacks. Further ahead, at 0.03 kilometers from the start, you will come across Restaurante, another dining option for hikers looking to replenish their energy.

Towards the end of the trail, at 0.03 kilometers from the start, you will find Parque Aventura La Chorrera, an adventurous attraction open daily from 06:00 to 17:00. This could be a perfect spot to explore and unwind after completing the challenging hike.

As this route is labeled as extremely difficult, it is recommended to be well-prepared before embarking on this journey.
