This challenging hiking route starts at Silberenalp in the beautiful Rossmattertalstrasse area. The trail covers a distance of 11.6 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1119 meters, making it a difficult trek that will take approximately 5 hours and 29 minutes to complete.

As you begin your journey, you will come across the Pragelpass-Denkmal 1974 memorial, located just 0.09 kilometers from the starting point. Along the way, you will encounter several water sources, including some that are around 5.28 to 5.42 kilometers into the hike. Remember to bring enough water for the entire journey, as these sources may not always be easily accessible.

Around the midway point of the hike, at approximately 3.49 kilometers in, you will find the Silberen / Twärenen peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. Additionally, make sure to stop by Butzen, an information point located 1.29 kilometers from the start, to learn more about the area.

Another notable point of interest along the trail is the Rampferenstöckli peak, which is located 1.83 kilometers into the hike. This spot offers a great opportunity to take in the natural beauty of the area and snap some photos.
