This hiking route takes you through the stunning area surrounding Pizzo di Fanano. The trail is 8.309 kilometers long and has an elevation gain of 781 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike that will take around 3 hours and 52 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. Approximately 0.78 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Eco Day campsite where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Further along the trail, about 0.17 kilometers in, you will spot the Fontana Loc. 2 Ponti fountain for a refreshing stop. Just a short distance away, at 0.03 kilometers from the start, there is a drinking water station and a picnic site where you can refuel and relax.

Halfway through the hike, at 2.98 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Cinghio dei Morti peak, offering breathtaking views of the area. As you continue on, you will eventually reach the main highlight of the hike, the Pizzo di Fanano peak, located 4.15 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is the perfect spot to take in panoramic views and capture unforgettable moments.

Due to the length and elevation gain of the trail, this hike is considered difficult, so be sure to come prepared with proper hiking gear, plenty of water, and snacks. Additionally, checking the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure is essential for a safe and enjoyable experience.
