This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area of 饅頭墩 Man Tau Tun. The trail is 3.837 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 344 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is an out-and-back route, so you will follow the same path back to the starting point.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. About 0.76 kilometers into the hike, you will find 恒益商店, a quaint cafe where you can grab a snack or refreshment. Continuing on, at around 0.77 kilometers, there is a shelter for you to take a break if needed. Near the midpoint of the trail at 0.83 kilometers, you will encounter 沙田坳 Sha Tin Pass, a beautiful natural saddle providing scenic views.

Further along the trail, at 1.26 kilometers, there is an information point for tourists to learn more about the area. As you approach the end of the hike, approximately 1.92 kilometers in, you will reach the peak of 饅頭墩 Man Tau Tun, offering panoramic views of the surroundings.
