This challenging circular hiking route will take you through the stunning mountainous terrain of Rifugio Mario Fraccaroli. The trail spans a distance of 9.653 kilometers and includes an elevation gain of 862 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek for experienced hikers.
Starting at the trailhead, you'll begin your journey towards Passo di Campogrosso, located midway through the route. Along the way, you'll pass by natural landmarks such as Sella del Rotolon, Bocchetta Mosca, and Bocchetta Capitello, each offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
As you continue onwards, you'll encounter points of interest like Cima Carega, Casermetta ruins, and Passo delle Buse Scure. Be sure to take a moment to admire the historic Madonnina wayside shrine and the picturesque water feature at Passo di Campogrosso.
