Located in the picturesque region, this challenging hiking route to Chamechaude offers stunning views and a rewarding experience for outdoor enthusiasts. The 5.015-kilometer trail with an elevation gain of 740 meters is estimated to take around 3 hours to complete.

Starting off at the trailhead, hikers will first come across La Folatière, a lovely viewpoint offering a picturesque vista of the surrounding area. Further along the route, at about 2.48 kilometers in, you will find Cabane de Bachasson, a rustic shelter perfect for a rest stop or a quick snack.
