This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through a breathtaking area with a total distance of 30.25 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1621 meters. The estimated duration for this challenging hike is around 11 hours. Before embarking on this adventure, make sure to check the weather forecast and pack plenty of water and snacks.

Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the hike. As you continue on, you will reach a picnic site and an alpine hut called Schronisko PTTK na Hali Ornak, offering a place to rest and grab a meal just 0.01 kilometers from the starting point.

Throughout the hike, you will encounter several water points, including Nižné Tomanovské pleso, along with shelters and information points to provide you with insight into the surroundings. Keep an eye out for Tomanovské sedlo / Tomanowa Przełęcz, a saddle point 3.88 kilometers from the start, and Rázcestie pod Tomanovou, an information point 7.45 kilometers from the beginning.

Further along the trail, you will find Tomanovský vodopád, a beautiful waterfall just 6.72 kilometers from the start. As you make your way back, be sure to stop by the benches and shelters conveniently located along the trail for a well-deserved break.

Although this hike is challenging, the stunning views and unique points of interest make it a rewarding experience for those willing to take on the adventure.
