Located in a picturesque area, this hiking route offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for outdoor enthusiasts. The trail spans a distance of 14.568 kilometers with an elevation gain of 571 meters, making it extremely difficult but well worth the effort.
Starting at Parking Tri studničky, hikers will embark on their journey, passing by information points such as Tri Studničky (Stará horáreň) around 0.65 kilometers into the hike. Along the way, you will encounter Kmeťov vodopád, a majestic waterfall located approximately 7.1 kilometers from the start of the trail.
As you continue, you will come across various points of interest including Bývalá Važecká chata, a former shelter, and Kôprovský potok, another stunning waterfall. Be sure to take a moment to rest at the shelters and benches conveniently located along the trail.
The highlight of the hike is reaching Kmeťov vodopád, a breathtaking waterfall that serves as the turnaround point of the out-and-back route. Take in the scenic views from the viewpoint before making your way back to the starting point.
