Starting at the trailhead, hikers will pass by the Schliniger Alm restaurant after about 2.39 kilometers. As you continue on the trail, you will come across several points of interest including the Pforzheimer Hütte (Rifugio Rasass) at 4.75 kilometers, the Sesvenna-Hütte (Rifugio Sesvenna) at 4.84 kilometers, and the Pforzheimersee (Laghetto del Rifugio Rasass) at 4.81 kilometers.
Throughout the hike, there are multiple natural water sources where you can refill your water bottles. Be sure to check the opening hours of the alpine huts for a possible rest stop or overnight accommodation.
