This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area around Mirador de la Barranquilla. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at an elevation of 1177 meters and reaching the destination at 1428 meters. The total distance of the hike is 3.489 kilometers with an elevation gain of 226 meters.

As you start your journey, you will come across the first point of interest, a water source at Fuente de la Teja. It is a great spot to refill your water bottles before continuing on your hike. Further along the trail, you will encounter Segúndo mirador de Abantos, offering stunning viewpoints of the surrounding landscape.

As you trek onwards, you will come across Casita Rústica, a rustic house that adds charm to the scenery. Continuing on, you will reach Cruz del Niño Pedrín, a historic wayside cross that provides a glimpse into the area's past. Nearby, you will find a scenic viewpoint called Mirador de Abantos, offering panoramic views of the surroundings.

The final stretch of the hike leads you to the destination, Mirador de la Barranquilla, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the area. Along the way, you will also pass by Fuente de los Pinsapos, a natural spring perfect for a refreshing break.

With a relatively short distance and moderate elevation gain, this hike is of moderate difficulty.
