Cuesta Pastor is a beautiful area perfect for a leisurely hike. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 3.774 kilometers and an elevation gain of 0.0 meters, making it an easy route suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. About 1.89 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a water feature where you can take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Along the way, at a distance of 0.09 kilometers from the start, you'll find a drinking water spot where you can refill your water bottle. Further along the trail, at a distance of 0.38 kilometers, you'll see the historic Cruz del Cristo de la Sangre, a wayside cross that adds cultural significance to your hike.

As you continue on your journey, you will find several benches scattered along the trail for you to rest and take in the scenic views of the area. Remember to bring plenty of water, snacks, and to check the weather forecast before setting out on your adventure.
