This hiking route will take you to the Rinnerkogel (Augstkogel) in an extremely difficult 16.19-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 1310 meters. The trail starts at Offensee parking, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on this challenging adventure.

As you make your way along the trail, you will encounter several points of interest. About 5.06 kilometers into the hike, you will come across the Rinnerhütte alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Continuing on, at the 8.1-kilometer mark, you will reach the peak of Rinnerkogel (Augstkogel), offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Along the route, you will also find informative signposts, benches for resting, and natural springs like Rinnerboden Bründl and Jägerbründl, providing drinking water to replenish your supply. Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the hike, as it can be physically demanding.
