This hiking route will take you through the beautiful alpine scenery of the Lambacher Hütte area. The trail is 6.22 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 382 meters, making it of moderate difficulty. It is estimated to take about 2 hours and 23 minutes to complete.

Starting at the parking area located at the trailhead, you will soon come across an information point at 1.53 kilometers into the hike. Here you can learn more about the natural surroundings and maybe even spot some wildlife.

Continuing on, at 1.6 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Raschberghütte alpine hut. This is a perfect spot to take a break, refuel, and enjoy the panoramic views of the area. Further along the trail, at 2.78 kilometers, you'll find the Sonnkogel peak, although it is not directly on the trail.

At the midway point, 3.11 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Lambacher Hütte. This is another great resting point where you can grab a snack and relax before heading back.

For the more adventurous hikers, there is the option to visit the Schwarzenbachloch cave entrance at the beginning of the trail or the Hoher Raschberg peak at 2.22 kilometers from the start. These points of interest are slightly off the main trail but worth the extra effort for those seeking an additional challenge.
