This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area around El Dinosaurio - Camino Sur de la Maliciosa. The trail spans a distance of 5.765 kilometers with an elevation gain of 485 meters, making it a moderate level hike that will take approximately 2 hours and 32 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Embalse del Pueblo de Navacerrada, a tranquil water reservoir just 0.09 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you will pass by Peñotillo Bajo, a picturesque peak located 1.54 kilometers into the hike. About 0.08 kilometers from the start, you will find Fuente de la Casa de Guías, a natural spring where you can rest and refill your water bottle.

Along the way, you will also encounter various peaks and saddles, each offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Be sure to check out El Dinosaurio, a unique rock formation located 2.56 kilometers into the hike. As you approach the halfway point, you will find Fuente de La Barranca, another refreshing spring to rest and rehydrate.
