This challenging circular hike will take you to the stunning area around La Maliciosa peak in Navacerrada. The trail covers a distance of 6.166 kilometers with an elevation gain of 820 meters, so be prepared for a strenuous trek that will take around 3 hours and 28 minutes to complete.
Starting off at Embalse del Pueblo de Navacerrada, a picturesque reservoir, you will be surrounded by natural beauty right from the beginning. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across Fuente de la Casa de Guías, a refreshing spring located 0.08 kilometers from the start, perfect for refilling your water bottles.
As you continue your ascent, you will pass by El Peñotillo peak at 2.58 kilometers from the start and then reach La Maliciosa peak at 3.06 kilometers.
