This hiking route takes you to the stunning peak of Pliješ in a moderate 5.5-kilometer trail with an elevation gain of 399 meters. The journey starts at the parking area near Vodice, where you can find an alpine hut for accommodations at the beginning of the trail. As you ascend, you'll come across an information point and a monument called Vatroglasna kola along the way.

Midway through the hike, you'll reach a drinking water point to refill your supplies before continuing towards the peak. At the top of Pliješ, you'll be rewarded with magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding area.

For sustenance after your adventure, there's a restaurant called Gostiona Radić-Ilas near the trailhead. Make sure to check the opening hours before planning your visit. Additionally, the Visitor Center Sošice is also nearby, offering more information about the area.
