This hiking route will take you through the stunning beauty of the Stafelalp area. The circular route starts at an elevation of 1086 meters and covers a distance of 9.94 kilometers with an elevation gain of 687 meters, taking approximately 3 hours and 7 minutes to complete.

As you embark on your journey, you will first come across a free flying takeoff site, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. Further along the trail, at a distance of 1 kilometer, you will reach Berghaus Oberfeld, a cozy restaurant where you can refuel with some delicious alpine cuisine. For a more informative experience, make a stop at Pfaffenwald information point located 3 kilometers from the start.

Continue your hike and you will encounter Butzenboden information point and Bannwald information point, providing insights into the local flora and fauna. Along the way, you will also find benches at various points, offering you a chance to rest and take in the scenic views.

As you approach the end of the trail, you will reach Buggliegg peak at a distance of 2 kilometers, offering a panoramic view of the area. Finally, your hike will conclude at Stafelalp, where you can unwind and soak in the tranquility of the surroundings.
