This hiking route takes you through the beautiful Vallée d'Ax area, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 3.443 kilometers and an elevation gain of 136 meters, making it relatively easy in terms of difficulty.

Starting off, you will pass by a convenient parking area at the beginning of the trail, ensuring easy access for hikers. As you continue your journey, you will come across the "Monument aux morts," a historic memorial located just 0.07 kilometers from the start of the trail.

Midway through the hike, you will find the "Orri du Sarrat," a shelter where you can take a rest and enjoy a picnic while taking in the scenic views of the area. Additionally, you will encounter the "Vallée d'Ax" and "Vers Ascou" viewpoints, both offering breathtaking views of the valley below.

Towards the end of the trail, approximately 1.67 kilometers from the start, you will find the "La fount de l'église," a drinking water source perfect for refilling your water bottles before heading back.
