This moderate 3.23 km out-and-back trail offers hikers a scenic adventure with an elevation gain of 257 meters. The trail starts in a picturesque area with convenient parking available at the beginning. As you embark on the trail, you'll come across Hindenburghöhen-Hütte, a shelter located approximately 1.59 km from the starting point, offering a great resting spot along the way.

Further along the trail, you'll encounter various points of interest such as Duhr'sches Kreuz, Kirchköppel peak, and Aussicht Mittelberg viewpoint, each providing a unique perspective of the surrounding landscape. Make sure to pause and take in the breathtaking views.

As you continue your hike, you'll find benches and a drinking water station for your convenience. Remember to stay hydrated and take breaks when needed, especially on the ascent to Am Georgenberg peak. The trail also passes by a restaurant, Hotel Schlaadt, where you can refuel and relax after your outdoor exploration.

Towards the end of the trail, you'll reach Hindenburghöhe viewpoint, offering a panoramic view of the area. Finally, don't miss the Übersichtstafel der Baudurchführungen 1986-1993 for some historical insights.
