This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Capo Calvo. The trail is 7.5 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 108 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike. Make sure to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast before starting your journey.

As you start your hike, you will pass by Laghetto di Sassi Neri, a peaceful water feature about 2 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along, at the beginning of the hike, you'll find the sandy beaches of Spiaggia di Malpasso and Calanova, perfect for a quick stop to enjoy the coastal views.

Midway through the trail, you will come across Spaggia di Istia and Spiaggia di Buzzancone, two more beautiful beaches where you can relax and take in the scenery. Be sure to capture the views at Capo Calvo, a stunning viewpoint located 3.77 kilometers from the start.

On your way back, you can stop at the Legend Cup information points to learn more about the area and its history. As you complete the out-and-back route, take your time to appreciate the natural beauty and serenity of Capo Calvo.
