Welcome to the hiking route to Jungfern - Bisamberg!

The trail starts at a beautiful area with historical significance, as you will pass by the Elisabethsäule memorial at the beginning of your journey. Take a moment to appreciate the view from the nearby viewpoint before continuing on to the Alte Schanze II archaeological site. As you hike, you will come across the Schubertdenkmal and Kriegerdenkmal memorials, as well as the Urbani-Marterl wayside shrine.

Throughout the route, you will find benches where you can rest and enjoy the scenery. Be sure to check out the information point along the way for interesting facts about the area. The trail also offers various viewpoints where you can take in the stunning landscapes.

This out-and-back route to Jungfern - Bisamberg covers a distance of 14.80 kilometers with an elevation gain of 112 meters. While the trail is relatively moderate in difficulty due to its length and elevation, it is always important to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.
