This challenging hiking route takes you to the stunning Cima Busa Alta peak in a beautiful alpine setting. The route is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 8.293 kilometers and an elevation gain of 928 meters, so be prepared for a strenuous trek.
Starting at the trailhead, you'll pass by the Baita dell'Alpino alpine hut around 0.99 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to rest and take in the surrounding scenery. Further along the trail at 1.01 kilometers, you'll come across the Rifugio Baita Monte Cauriol, another alpine hut where you can refuel and enjoy a break.
