This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on an out-and-back journey to Glaneck, spanning a total distance of 20.835 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1126 meters. The estimated duration for this challenging hike is around 7 hours and 38 minutes.

Starting your adventure at the trailhead, you'll come across a convenient parking area (P2) located right at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle there before embarking on your trek. As you progress along the trail, approximately 1.95 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter a beautiful water feature, adding a refreshing touch to your hike.

Around the 8.18-kilometer mark, you'll reach a notable landmark known as Salzlecken, which offers a picturesque view of the surroundings. As you approach the 9.82-kilometer mark, Lahneck peak will be visible, enticing you to explore further. Further along the trail, at around the 10.42-kilometer mark, you'll reach the destination point of Glaneck, offering a rewarding conclusion to your trek.
