As you start your journey from the Waldparkplatz parking area, you'll pass by the Chaisterchopfhütte shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Further along the trail, you'll come across a bench where you can rest and soak in the views. At the Erdmannliloch viewpoint, located 1 kilometer away from the start, you'll be treated to a stunning landscape that is definitely worth the extra distance.

For a historical touch, you'll also encounter a memorial along the route. As you trek back towards the starting point, don't forget to stop by the picnic site to refuel and relax.
